Ideas for high returns on investment
Where to put the next dollar so it compounds — practical bets for operators in 2026.

High ROI rarely comes from the loudest opportunity. It comes from quiet, repeatable wins compounded over time: removing friction, raising prices that have lagged costs, and instrumenting the parts of the funnel you currently guess about.
Start with retention. A single point of monthly churn reduction is worth more than a marketing campaign that drives the same number of new signups. Then look at pricing — most businesses are leaving 10–20% on the table simply because they have not revisited their model in years.
Finally, invest in measurement. You cannot compound what you cannot see. The teams with the highest ROI are usually the ones with the cleanest dashboards.
